My intention for our session together is to help you trust in the opening process. If grief needs to be honored, if rage has something to share, if bliss can be accessed, I want you to be able to pause long enough to be able to hear what needs to be expressed and feel supported enough to allow the expression.
Setting up your space:
• Provide a clean, quiet room that is free of noise and distractions.
• Please clear a large enough space for me to set up my massage table and move around all sides with ease.
• Please keep your phone on silent or in a separate room during our session

An Amanda massage is like no other. This isn’t a sport’s medicine, get your thumbs in there type situation. I feel physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual release. Amanda has a beautiful way of creating this space, so you can drop in to your body and fully let go for those 90 minutes. She is the first massage therapist to ask me to connect to my breath and the first to guide with their breath. This is unique in and of itself. Before starting, Amanda checks in with what’s going on for you that day or week, and asks where the physical body needs love and care. She takes a personal, loving approach to every session. The term “masseuse” or “massage therapist” doesn’t really cut it. That over simplifies Amanda’s role and methodology. She is an intuitive tantric healer practicing massage to help you come back to yourself. To remind you of how amazing and how DIVINE you are. Receiving this massage is truly a treat.
